Under the land pooling policy, the real estate developers will get more than sixty percent of the pooled land and out of that five percent land for the commercial places, fifty-three percent for the residential place and two percent for both the semi-public and public places. The Delhi Other services providers and Development Authority will get remaining forty percent of the pooled land for building the civic infrastructure.
